Often patient and exam demographics require some quality control after they have been processed and before they can be updated in the system and permanently stored. Quality control is the key to keeping consistency in the practice data.
Pro Med Quality Control will:
- Allow manual & automatic input /edit/add or merge of exam demographics from RIS
- Allow easy manual matching when a study or patient does not auto-match with information received from a DICOM modality worklist.
- Allow auto-matching from a modality that does not support a DMWL
- Allows a patient record that is misidentified or contains images belonging to another patient, to be corrected with no lengthy delay that might affect the patients’ care
- Allow printing of images to film/paper
- Allow the creation of CD’s
