Pro Med sets Management and Operational Enhancements in motion |

2010 is in full swing and Pro Med now has 30 successfully installed PACS sites….so what better time than now, to improve our internal structure.
Over the past few months we've been planning and redefining our organisation to best suit meeting the challenges of the future.
As of 1 April 2010, Pro Med Computer Services Pty (Ltd) would like to announce their new corporate management structure as part of its organisational changes that began several months ago. The new integrated leadership formation will allow the company to leverage its technologies, expertise and products to better address the market's needs and speed up key business decisions. With geographic growth and diversification of services in all facets of our corporate family, it is important that we have a corporate structure in place that supports the future direction of the medical IT industry.
Local management changes involve the progression of Managing Director Mr Michael Bricker, to the position of Chairman of the Board. Dedicated divisions headed by a group of Senior Executive
Directors have now been created. Mike Leathes (Director of Sales and Product), Ian Robertson (Director of Development), Kevin Koz (Director of Operations) and Chris Baird (CFO) will now report directly to the board. Other Senior Non Executive directors from the Medhold Group, the majority shareholder, have also been appointed to the Board to support the growth and expansion of ProMed.
Mike Leathes, as Sales and Product Director will be supported in his division by Wendy Smuts and should be contacted directly for all sales and product enquiries.
